Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cart Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a well-maintained parking lot and provide assistance to members with their purchases.
  • Help members with their club pick-up orders, including loading vehicles and ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the parking lot and surrounding areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
