Job Description

As a Financial Services Coordinator at Texas Care, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of our rapidly growing behavioral health franchise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Management: Manage the entire claims process from submission to reimbursement, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll for all clinic staff, ensuring accuracy in pay calculations, tax withholdings, and timely disbursement using payroll and human resources software.
  • Franchise Fee Management: Track, process, and reconcile franchise fee payments, ensuring up-to-date financial records using CRM.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports on claims payments, payroll, and franchise fees for management review.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile payment records for claims, payroll, and franchise fees with financial reports.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000, plus benefits.

Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in medical billing, payroll processing, or financial administration.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficient in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom) and medical billing systems, excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks, ability to manage multiple financial functions efficiently.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicaid and insurance claims, as well as payroll tax regulations.
