Position Overview:

We are actively seeking skilled professionals to fill the current opening for a DevOps Engineer, who will contribute to our projects in various global locations. The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing application infrastructure while managing code modifications.

Technology is central to our operations, empowering Arcadians to leverage data and AI/ML technologies for sensors, IIOT, and Advanced Drones. Our technology teams are ambitious and focused on delivering innovative solutions for the future. We are eager to onboard talented and passionate individuals across multiple locations in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate code produced by solution/application developers.
  • Implement solutions based on the designs provided by the CICD Architect.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and/or scrum teams for solution implementation.
  • Engage in Agile methodologies while participating in product and application scrum teams.
  • Work closely with operations personnel to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Collaborate with application teams to understand business requirements, solution design, and infrastructure needs.
  • Implement CICD Automation use cases primarily using scripting and tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible.
  • Provide expert recommendations and guidance on various implementation strategies and challenges.
  • Review and mentor team members on code quality.
  • Adhere to established processes and best practices to ensure code integrity and security.
  • Monitor and assess customer experience and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain relevant documentation.
Service Management Responsibilities:
  • Participate in multiple IT service management processes, including Incident Management for resolving issues, Problem Management for root cause analysis, Release Management for deployment, Configuration Management for maintaining up-to-date configuration data, and Change Management with involvement in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) as necessary.
  • Deploy updates and fixes while providing Level 3 technical support.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Comprehensive understanding of both development and operational processes, complemented by a robust technical background.
  • Completion of the Azure Solutions Architect (AZ305) course is required; certification is highly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing cloud and hybrid solutions on Microsoft Azure.
