Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled individuals to fill the role of DevOps Engineer within our organization. This position involves working on diverse projects at various global locations.

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing application infrastructure while managing code modifications. Technology is central to our operations, empowering our teams to leverage data and advanced technologies, including AI/ML, IIOT, and cutting-edge drones.

As part of our technological initiatives, we invite passionate and talented individuals to join us across multiple locations in the United States and Canada.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess code produced by application developers.
  • Deploy solutions in accordance with the designs provided by the CICD Architect.
  • Implement solutions in collaboration with DevOps and/or Scrum teams.
  • Participate in Agile methodologies within product and application Scrum teams.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Engage directly with application teams to understand business needs, solution design, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Implement CICD automation use cases utilizing scripting and tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible.
  • Provide expert recommendations and guidance on various implementation strategies.
  • Mentor team members by reviewing their code and providing constructive feedback.
  • Adhere to established processes and best practices to maintain code quality and security.
  • Monitor customer experience and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Document relevant processes and findings.

Service Management:

Engage in multiple IT service management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, and Change Management. This includes participating in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) as necessary.

Responsible for deploying updates and fixes while providing Level 3 technical support.


Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of development and operations processes, complemented by a strong technical foundation.
  • Completion of the Azure Solutions Architect (AZ305) course is required; certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing cloud and hybrid solutions on Microsoft Azure.
