About the Role

The Central Operations Coordinator Assistant will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, focusing on high-level coordination, scheduling, and event management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Senior VP's calendar and email correspondence
  • Organize meetings and provide weekly summary reports
  • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and action item follow-ups
  • Manage expense reports and coordinate event logistics
  • Support the development of departmental project timelines and program calendars
  • Track and input departmental data for accurate reporting

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or communications
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative support or operations
  • Experience working with executive-level staff is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range: $59,000 - $70,800 per annum.
