We are currently seeking a skilled MDM Administrator to enhance our dynamic team. This role will involve working in a hybrid model, providing flexibility to accommodate business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain the Workspace ONE environment, managing over 16,000 mobile devices.
  • Handle tenant-level and organizational group permission management for device enrollment.
  • Provide advanced technical support for LAN Administrators and Telecom Liaisons.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune and manage MDM authority.
  • Utilize scripting and tools, including Excel and Pivot tables, to generate insightful reports.
  • Apply knowledge of ITIL and NIST standards in daily operations.
  • Implement LDAP and federation principles effectively.
  • Design, develop, and support mobility solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in managing MDM solutions such as Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in environments with a user base of at least 5,000 accounts.
  • Proficiency in automating and enrolling Apple devices through the Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP).
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as BASH, PowerShell, or Python.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in sensitive or clearance-required environments.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, with some on-site presence.
