Position Overview:

Your role will involve providing genuine support to both colleagues and clients, maintaining regular communication to grasp their business dynamics and industry specifics.

Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Delivering tax compliance, tax provision, and advisory services to pass-through and C-corporation entities, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, professional services, technology, and financial institutions.
  • Assisting in the supervision, development, and mentorship of professional tax staff.
  • Facilitating the cultivation and management of client relationships.
  • Ensuring timely and exceptional client service that surpasses expectations.
  • Representing Forvis at networking events within the marketplace.
  • Engaging in the proposal process for prospective clients.
  • Participating in campus recruitment initiatives and programs.
  • Contributing to Forvis-sponsored technical guidance for both internal and external publications, as well as internal learning and development sessions.
  • Collaborating with your team to allocate projects and resolve scheduling conflicts.
We Seek Individuals Who Possess Forward Vision and:
  • Relevant progressive experience in public accounting or a blend of corporate tax and public accounting experience.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients, with experience managing multiple client engagements.
  • Excellent supervisory, team-building, and time-management capabilities.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting experience.
  • CPA license or fulfillment of the educational requirements to meet the 150-credit hour threshold necessary for obtaining a CPA license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Law, or a related field.
