We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Associate to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our tax team, you will provide expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to pass-through and C-corporation entities
  • Assist in supervising, developing, and coaching professional tax staff
  • Help develop and manage client relationships
  • Represent Forvis Mazars in the marketplace at networking events
  • Participate in the proposal process for potential new clients
  • Contribute to Forvis Mazars-sponsored technical guidance for internal and external publications

Requirements:

  • Relevant progressive experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting
  • Strong sense of ownership for delivering high-quality service to clients
  • Excellent supervisory, team-building, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Law degree, or a related field
