About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a dynamic Adult Primary Care Clinic setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and educate patients on healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, manage referrals, and ensure timely follow-up appointments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to policy development, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana and BLS certification.
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
What We Offer:

Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
