We are seeking a dedicated and passionate school psychologist to join our team at VocoVision. As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of students in North Carolina.
Responsibilities:- Conduct virtual psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Provide virtual counseling and guidance services to students, addressing their social-emotional needs and promoting positive mental health.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans for students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies and support plans.
- Master's Degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid North Carolina state certification as a School Psychologist, or willingness to obtain before the start date.
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and strategies for supporting students' mental health and learning.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms and technology for conducting remote assessments and counseling sessions.
