About the Job

This role is part of our Food and Nutrition team, responsible for providing excellent meal services to patients and maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene. As a Dining Associate II, you will work closely with our Nutrition Care Coordinators to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assemble patient meal trays accurately and efficiently, meeting department time parameters.
  2. Prepare patient menu and nourishment items according to recipes and portion control guidelines.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
