About the Job
This role is part of our Food and Nutrition team, responsible for providing excellent meal services to patients and maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene. As a Dining Associate II, you will work closely with our Nutrition Care Coordinators to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble patient meal trays accurately and efficiently, meeting department time parameters.
- Prepare patient menu and nourishment items according to recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Support department performance improvement activities and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or customer service setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
