Automotive Aftermarket Specialist
The Automotive Aftermarket Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling automotive services, options, and accessories to both new and pre-owned vehicle buyers. This role involves collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate and secure services and products. We seek a candidate with a vibrant personality, capable of effectively selling and articulating the features and advantages of available accessories.
Eligibility Criteria
• Professional appearance is essential.
• Must possess enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, ambition, a strong work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity, and a commitment to personal growth.
• Consent to and successful completion of a drug/background screening is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Presenting services and accessories to customers while providing comprehensive explanations of aftermarket products and detailing manufacturer and dealership service protocols.
• Establishing and maintaining a referral process with the sales department to ensure all new sales are directed to the Aftermarket Department.
• Training the sales team on available aftermarket opportunities and the advantages of the dealership's extended service programs.
• Managing customer service follow-ups and scheduling appointments.
