We are seeking a highly skilled Agency Production Management Analyst I to join our dynamic team in the Washington DC office. This individual will assist Agency Production Managers in bringing in new business and managing that business throughout the loan process, both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac Optigo programs and be able to multitask, respond under pressure, and manage stringent deadlines. Strong analytical and modeling skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess strong organizational and prioritization capabilities, allowing you to work autonomously and collaboratively with minimal supervision. The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing/Loan Sourcing: Research Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac product lines, inform Northmarq Producers of program or guide changes, and update standard underwriting parameters.
  • Structuring Loans: Facilitate pre-screening for loan opportunities, correspond with the credit group and Production Managers, evaluate and identify quality Agency transactions, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Process Management/Transaction and Client Advocacy: Prepare submission packages, communicate with Fannie Mae production, credit, and pricing, obtain status reports on Agency deals, and assist in educating borrowers and Northmarq Producers.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on finance, real estate, or accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • An estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on industry standards and comparable roles in the Washington D.C. area.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
