Position Overview:
The Oracle Supply Chain Solutions Analyst role is essential in bridging business needs with technical capabilities within various Oracle Supply Chain modules. This position is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency and effective support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for Oracle ERP modules including Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather new reporting requirements and conduct feasibility studies, offering insightful recommendations.
- Manage prioritized requests by developing functional design documents, creating comprehensive test plans, and working closely with the development team during the implementation phase.
- Conduct regression testing, user acceptance testing, and provide training to end-users.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle EBS modules, specifically in Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Proven track record in preparing and maintaining implementation documentation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP applications and database architecture.
- Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, and Reports.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and support processes.
- Expertise in Oracle AIM methodology and experience in executing SQL scripts for data analysis and validation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of facilitating meetings and following up on action items.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment, with the ability to influence across various organizational levels without direct authority.
