About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our revenue cycle team as a Director of Revenue Cycle Transformation. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in revenue cycle management to drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving results in revenue cycle operations, with 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership/management experience.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $124,000 and $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue cycle performance and efficiency.
  2. Leverage data analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize revenue cycle processes.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that support business goals.
  5. Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership/management experience, required.
  • Knowledge of facility reimbursement/contracts for managed care payers, preferred.
