Join Our Team as a Pediatric Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Psychologist to join our team at Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to youth with medical and psychiatric complexity.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for youth with chronic illness, depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, BCBAs, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans to promote trauma-informed, patient-centered care.
  • Teach and supervise in our pediatric medical and psychology training programs, including our APA-accredited psychology internship.

Requirements:

  • PhD in clinical psychology, pediatric psychology, or clinical child psychology.
  • Completed an internship at an APA-accredited internship program with a focus on child psychology.
  • Relevant experience working with youth with medical and psychiatric complexity.
  • Eligibility for licensure in Missouri and Kansas.
