Job Title: Child Care Instructional Coach

As an early childhood education professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring teachers have the resources, support, and professional development they need to be successful. Your advanced knowledge of child development and early education will inspire your colleagues, motivating them to bring their best selves into the classroom every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Bright Horizons philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices, including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.
  • Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.
  • Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor's degree.
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred.
  • At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required.
