About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Wealth Solutions team in Korea. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actuarial valuation and consulting services to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare actuarial valuations of long-term employee benefit plans for financial reporting
  • Provide advisory services to corporate clients regarding their retirement plans, employee benefits, and total rewards
  • Support business development by collaborating with team members to create proposals and highlight additional services
  • Manage internal and external relationships to identify new business growth opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional actuarial qualification (ASA, IFoA, FIAA, FIAK)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of retirement pension, actuarial, consulting
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
