Job Requirements

We are seeking a qualified Transport Driver Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Stevens Transport. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing weekly payroll settlements to company drivers and owner operators, including pay transactions, auditing pay slips, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures and be able to maintain accurate records. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely payments to our drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing weekly payroll/settlements to company drivers and owner operators
  • Verifying driver trips and loading information against matching paperwork
  • Providing accurate driver pay, deductions, reimbursements, and fuel card transaction expense information
  • Maintaining physical and electronic files pertaining to Stevens Transport Contractor Division

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and communicative with strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform in an environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
  • Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
  • 1+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced mid-size company
  • Proficient 10-key calculator skills with speed and accuracy
