Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Lead to join our team. As a Catering Lead, you will be responsible for managing the success of our catering operations, communicating with and supporting our catering customers, and ensuring that their food is delivered on time and to their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production of catering orders, ensuring that all orders are prepared and delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with and support our catering customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Personally deliver orders to customer events, ensuring that our customers receive the high-quality service they expect from Panera Bread.
- Ensure that all food safety and health safety protocols are followed, and that our customers receive the highest-quality food and service.
- Work closely with our management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and to implement changes that will enhance our catering operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment, with a focus on catering or events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all orders are prepared and delivered on time.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable automobile insurance required.
