Position Overview
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Team Leader to enhance our clinical services in your area.


Make a significant impact daily by participating in the delivery of exceptional clinical care for our clients in their homes.

Utilize your leadership abilities to guide, educate, and support staff, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
Join a team that values each clinician and invests in their ongoing professional development.

Our clinical leaders work collaboratively with all healthcare team members to enhance patient health outcomes and innovate care delivery. This includes conducting on-site supervisory visits to evaluate clients, families, environments, and clinical caregivers.

Upon joining, clinicians will engage in an interactive, evidence-based virtual orientation led by a live nursing educator.

In-office skills training, competency assessments, and role orientation will be provided to ensure readiness for the clinical leadership position.


ADAPTABLE SCHEDULING

The clinician will manage and schedule patient visits, ensuring adherence to agency policies and applicable regulations.

After completing orientation and training, the new clinical leader will have the flexibility to balance in-office and remote work based on location needs and collaboration with the clinical director.

Encouragement of increased autonomy in the role will be supported as foundational skills are acquired.
PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
Role-specific training will be customized to meet the needs of the clinical leader.
Advancement of skills is prioritized and highly regarded.

Clinical leaders are integral contributors to a collaborative model focused on safe patient care delivery and office growth.


EMPLOYMENT CRITERIA
Must possess a current, unrestricted RN license in the state.
Compliance with all state and federal regulations is required.
Personal vehicle and valid driver's license in good standing are necessary.
Proof of car insurance is mandatory.
Prior pediatric experience is preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation for after-hours on-call rotation (if applicable).
Employees will be reimbursed for mileage.
