Job Title: Lead Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lead Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media efforts, focusing on engagement, growth, and brand elevation. This individual will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy to build a strong, premium social media presence while managing a small team of content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that will increase follower count and engagement rates by double digits within the first year.
  • Continuously monitor social media metrics and optimize strategies to achieve growth goals.
  • Develop, design and maintain social media content calendar, identifying when to make changes based on company priorities.
  • Lead and manage the social media team, including a content creator and intern(s), to ensure the timely creation of high-quality content.
  • Build a strong and engaged community by developing and implementing a community-building strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of total experience in social media management, with at least 3 years of experience managing social media for a CPG company.
  • Proven experience managing direct report(s)
  • Expertise in developing cross-functional relationships and working with PR, Brand Marketing and Influencer Marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
