Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and courteous responses to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Process orders and related transactions in a timely and accurate manner, using our ERP system (Syteline).
  • Research and resolve product or service problems, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular status updates on open items and communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support sales, account management, and product management teams as needed, and contribute to the development of better operational processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and participate in process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Minimum one year of related experience and/or training; experience with ERP systems, order processing software, and MS Office preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
