Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multisystemic Therapist to join our team at Four Feathers Counseling. As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will work with families and youth to address behavioral issues and promote positive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MST assessments and develop treatment plans to address systemic problems within client families.
  • Engage primary caregivers and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment.
  • Provide services in Teller County, El Paso County, and/or Park County.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment plans, intervention implementation, and case outcomes.
  • Collaborate with key participants within each system to maintain consistency throughout MST treatment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
  • Previous experience providing in-home or community-based therapy services.
  • Knowledge of MST model and principles.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide feedback.
