About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Therapist to join our MST team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a Therapist, you will work closely with youth and families to strengthen relationships and decrease delinquent type behaviors.

Job Summary

The Multisystemic Therapist (MST) will provide in-home services for Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. You will work with families to leverage change by working in their homes and in the community. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth and families.

Responsibilities
  • Prevent out-of-home placement/incarceration
  • Break the cycle of system involvement
  • Empower families to create lasting change
  • Engage primary caregivers and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment
  • Identify and overcome barriers
  • Conduct therapy in the community, in family's homes
  • Use behavioral, CBT, Motivational interviewing
  • Maintain a small, intensive caseload of 4-6 families
  • Meet weekly for group supervision and expert consultation
Requirements
  • Master's in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field
  • Bachelors with extensive experience considered on a case-by-case basis
  • DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC
