Role Overview:
The Nurse Practitioner for Chronic Pain Care will play a key role in our interdisciplinary pain management team. You will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic pain conditions.

Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' medical histories and physical examinations
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Providing ongoing care and support to patients, including medication management and therapy recommendations
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A master's degree in advanced nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as an advanced nurse practitioner by the State Board of Nursing for South Carolina
