Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist II to join our team at Self Regional Healthcare. As a key member of our respiratory care department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of procedures related to respiratory therapy, including assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy on routine patient care floors and critical care areas.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform emergent endotracheal intubations
  • Provide patient/family education related to respiratory therapy and airway management procedures
  • Serve as a resource for new technologies that have been implemented
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of RT or designee

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a graduate degree from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program and be licensed by the State of SC as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Additionally, you should be registered by the NBRC and have 3 years' experience in adult care with competency in all areas. BLS certification is also required, while ACLS and PALS certification should be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
