  • Manage and Develop the UX Design Team: Provide guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Allocate Resources Effectively: Ensure design projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Foster a Culture of Collaboration: Encourage a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork within the design team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing and delivering digital products.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to inspire and guide a team of designers.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Figma and experience in SaaS.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end development and technical constraints.
