Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Law degree and current California Bar membership.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior legal role, with a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
  • Experience managing a team of attorneys and support staff, with a focus on developing and implementing effective program delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a government agency or public sector organization.
  • Knowledge of California state government and its policies and procedures.
  • Experience developing and implementing policy, with a focus on ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management, with the ability to develop and implement effective contract strategies.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
