We are looking for a skilled Mental Health Fitness Specialist to join our team at Summit Wellness. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and contribute to their overall well-being.

The estimated salary for this position is $32-$37 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience.

About the Position

  • This is a part-time role requiring 15-20 hours per week.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their fitness goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them.
  • As a Mental Health Fitness Specialist, you will provide fitness services that cater to the needs of individuals in mental health recovery.

About the Requirements

  • REQUIRED: A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, exercise science, kinesiology, or other areas related to the profession.
  • Certified Personal Trainer or similar certification from an accredited program (e.g. ACE, NASM) with at least one year of related work experience.
  • REQUIRED: A valid WI driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to in-home appointments and occasional client transportation to/from sessions within Milwaukee County.
  • Excellent professional communication and customer service skills.
