Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Busser to join our food service team. As a Busser, you'll play a vital role in the operations of our restaurant, managing table maintenance, clearing dishware, and keeping both indoor and outdoor areas clean. You'll also help to restock linens, glasses, and beverages, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage table maintenance, including clearing dishware and cleaning up tables after guests leave
  • Restock linens, glasses, and beverages as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and offering them water
  • Help servers complete their tasks during busy periods
  • Keep indoor and outdoor areas clean, including taking out garbage and sweeping floors
Requirements
  • 1+ years of fine dining experience
  • Weekend and evening availability
