Salary and CompensationThis commission-based sales position comes with uncapped income and daily pay. You can escalate your earnings through multiple streams, including commissions, bonuses, and override commissions.
The compensation package includes:
- Start at 80% Commission with the ability to increase to 130%
- Bonuses- Producer bonus, Capital bonus, etc
- Part-time agents have potential to make $50,000+ in the first year
- Full-time agents have potential to make $100,000+ in the first year
- Agency Owners can generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K + per year
You will work closely with clients who have requested information, eliminating the need for cold calls. Our proven turnkey system delivers consistent results, allowing you to grow into your full potential.
You will provide financial advice and recommend products that suit the needs of our clients, ensuring their security and peace of mind. We prioritize the success of our clients, and your role is crucial in achieving this goal.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must be disciplined, self-motivated, and driven to improve. You should have high levels of consistency, humility, and coachability.
A LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE IS REQUIRED; WE WILL HELP YOU OBTAIN ONE IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT NOW. This license is necessary due to the highly regulated nature of the life insurance industry.
