**Responsable d'équipe en étanchéité amiante SS3 (H/F)** en CDI **Missions**

Rattaché au Conducteur de travaux, intégré au service Désamiantage et Rénovation, vos responsabilités incluent :

**Avant le chantier**

- Analyse des plans de retrait

- Organisation de l'approvisionnement en matériaux

- Vérification du matériel : conformité et maintenance

- Préparation des mesures de métrologie (analyses)

**Pendant le chantier**

- Réalisation d'une visite de chantier avec les opérateurs en mettant l'accent sur la sécurité

- Conduite d'un briefing sécurité en abordant les sujets suivants : entretien des EPI, utilisation correcte du matériel, gestes et postures

- Rappel des protocoles d'entrée et de sortie de zone, en insistant sur la décontamination du personnel et du matériel

- Instructions concernant le confinement, tests de fumée, branchement de secours et contrôle de dépression

- Directives sur le mode opératoire de retrait des MCA, nettoyage de fin de zone, rangement de la zone, conditionnement et évacuation des déchets

**Après le chantier**

- Transmission des informations concernant le chantier à votre responsable (dossier chantier avec documents remplis) :

+ Fiche d'exposition

+ Contrôle d'étanchéité

+ Horométrie (fiche matériel avec heures d'utilisation)

+ Journal de chantier (enregistrement quotidien des tâches effectuées)

+ Registre des remarques (si nécessaire)

+ Métrologie (commandes des analyses, résultats)

+ Pointage des heures du personnel

**Profil recherché**

De formation Bac+2 (DUT Génie Civil ou BTS Bâtiment), vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans un poste similaire en désamiantage.

Titulaire de la formation SS3, vous avez le sens du travail bien fait, une sensibilité commerciale et d'excellentes compétences relationnelles.

Votre esprit d'équipe, votre charisme et votre ambition professionnelle sont des atouts essentiels pour votre réussite.
