Position Overview

Join Packerland Rent-A-Mat, Inc. as a Route Service Representative

Are you someone who enjoys working autonomously and thrives in a physically active role? This position may be the perfect fit for you.

The Route Service Representative is responsible for the transportation and exchange of floor mats, as well as the delivery and collection of laundry products. This role involves driving medium-duty trucks along a designated route to service clients across SE Wisconsin. It is a dynamic, physically demanding position that includes both indoor and outdoor tasks, such as delivering and retrieving floor mats, cleaning towels, mops, and other rental items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of complete matting loads and pick up soiled mats.
  • Service additional items like air fresheners and restroom hygiene products as needed.
  • Adhere to written and verbal instructions while performing tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and conduct regular inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Exhibit a safe driving record.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating medium-duty delivery vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of products.
  • Accurately perform basic arithmetic operations.
