Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic marketing agency. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Built and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges to effectively position our marketing solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored marketing proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
- Manage and track leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.
- Lead negotiation efforts, addressing client objections, and securing profitable contracts that align with both client expectations and company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, strategists, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze key performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous sales improvement.
- Proven sales track record, preferably in the marketing, advertising, or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- CRM proficiency, with experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
