Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist/Counselor/Licensed Therapist to join our team at Invicta Services Group. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent client outcomes.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Masters-level degree in counseling with associated licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Valid state of Texas license (Interim/Temporary permitted).
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens (preferable).
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.
  • Credentialing with insurance panels (ideally).
