We are seeking passionate and unique Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join us at Invicta. The ideal candidate is someone who is unique, fun-loving, authentic, and shares our passion for providing access to quality mental health care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and completing ongoing documentation according to company policy.
  • Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session.
  • Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Invicta staff, and school staff as needed.
