Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics and hospitals.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington state RN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • At least one year of recent experience as a registered nurse in a patient care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of recent experience as a registered nurse in a patient care setting.
  • Experience working in a hospital and outpatient setting.
  • Experience with phone triage.
