We are seeking a skilled and dedicated physical therapist to join our team at an outpatient clinic in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong passion for patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic healthcare team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time per diem opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $60-$75, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct thorough evaluations, and provide evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the District of Columbia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management systems
