Work Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts

As an Aircraft Cleaning Specialist, you will engage directly with the pristine Maverick Helicopters fleet. Your role will involve physically demanding tasks, including aluminum brightwork, paint polishing, and applying sealants, along with responsibilities for cleaning passenger cabins, cockpits, and aircraft exteriors. This position requires working in elevated areas (above wings and tail structures) and low spaces that necessitate bending and stooping. Candidates must be prepared to perform duties in various weather conditions.

Core Responsibilities:

INTERIOR CLEANING:

  • Wipe down seats, windows, and window shades.
  • Clean cockpit areas, including pilot seats and windshields.
  • Maintain cleanliness of galley bins and empty trash.
  • Vacuum cabin areas beneath seating and along aisles.
  • Adhere to specific cleaning protocols.

EXTERIOR CLEANING:

  • Wash exterior fuselage, entranceways, and windows.
  • Clean wings, flaps, and leading edges.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rear fuselage, stabilizers, and elevators.
  • Ensure cockpit windshields and front fuselage are spotless.
  • Clean landing gear and associated compartments.
  • Follow established cleaning guidelines.

Additional Duties:

  • Participate in orientation, training, and safety sessions.
  • Familiarize yourself with various aircraft and their specific cleaning needs.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and high-quality workmanship.
  • Comply with safety standards and report any injuries immediately.
  • Care for and maintain company equipment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure clarity regarding daily tasks.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Complete security training and badge requirements.
