As an Automotive Service and Sales Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in our thriving dealership at Toyota of Redlands. This position is ideal for those eager to begin their career in the automotive sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Upholding the organization’s service standards and quality.
  • Cross-referencing serial numbers of incoming vehicles with invoices.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any damages and documenting details of damages or missing items on the delivery receipt.
  • Confirming the availability of accessories listed on the invoice, including spare tires, charging cables, and navigation cards.
  • Efficiently parking new vehicles in designated areas while optimizing space and maintaining the dealership lot.
  • Utilizing appropriate equipment for cleaning and servicing automotive components.
  • Understanding and responding to the specific needs of customers.
  • Ensuring all service tools and equipment are functioning properly.
  • Collaborating with team members and management to coordinate tasks.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervising manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

While prior experience is not required, the ideal candidate will possess dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Additional qualifications include:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Basic knowledge of various automobile types.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
