Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering Tasks: Undertake a variety of mechanical engineering assignments to facilitate project development, design, operations, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems. These systems are integral to various facilities, including those related to space flight hardware and engineering support.
- Design and Analysis: Execute design development, analysis, and review tasks independently, addressing complex issues that require thorough evaluation of various factors.
- Technical Guidance: Provide onsite technical expertise for the installation and modification of equipment, utilizing sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques.
- Maintenance Management: Update asset information in management databases, develop job plans, and conduct site visits to troubleshoot system issues.
