Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Administrator to join our team at Select Medical. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and abstracting lease documents into our company database (AMT/MRI) accurately, completely, and timely for assigned lease portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze lease documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Abstract lease documents into our company database (AMT/MRI) in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain information in our company database (AMT/MRI) with complete accuracy
  • Prepare monthly rent files for assigned lease portfolios and obtain approval from Manager, Vice President, and Directors of Finance
  • Draft and send email notifications to key personnel regarding newly signed lease documents
  • Research rent account statements and communicate with landlords on discrepancies
  • Prepare "request for payments" as needed
  • Monitor and manage incoming mail and email for assigned lease portfolios
  • Obtain Certificates of Insurance (COI) as requested
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in lease administration or a similar role
  • High School Diploma (minimum) and strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and complete time-sensitive tasks per department processes and timelines
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn and work in multiple software systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with large-scale lease administration systems (MRI/AMT or alike) preferred
  • Experience using lease admin software
