Key Responsibilities
  • Assist field operations by locating company facilities using maps and sketches.
  • Track and maintain inventory, ordering supplies for the department and company.
  • Log, update, process, obtain, and close out invoices, work orders, purchase orders, permits, and service applications.
  • Maintain records, files, and spreadsheets for the department.
  • Input and compile data, providing reports on budget, vendor data, departmental expenses, environmental reporting, equipment test results, departmental progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate with colleagues, customers, clients, and vendors verbally and through correspondence, email, and telephone.
  • Perform mail and other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Support accounting functions, including processing time sheets, various payment types, researching and reconciling invoice issues, check processing, and disbursements for petty cash.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and excellent typing skills.
  • Mathematical aptitude.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
  • Microsoft Office software and other company-utilized software systems.
  • Four years of experience in appropriate clerical work preferred.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Work Environment

The Operations Representative will work in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and understand and follow company safety procedures.

The individual must be able to perform the essential functions and meet the physical requirements for the position.

May be assigned to perform responsibilities individually or in conjunction with other employees.

Responds to inquiries accurately and professionally, involving the appropriate individuals to resolve customer and company-related issues and achieve the highest level of customer service.

Maintains professionalism in appearance and demeanor at all times.
