Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping functions to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Clean residents' rooms, recreational areas, offices, and hallways as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
  • Utilize high standards for cleanliness and universal precautions to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Communicate effectively with independent residents to address their cleaning needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in a long-term care facility or medical environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
