Director of Account Management

PrideStaff is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial cleaning industry clients in their Director of Account Management role. As the Director of Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in growing and supporting the account management teams across the organization to solidify and strengthen client relationships, resulting in increased contract renewals. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building and developing regional Account Management teams to support client retention and contract renewals programs in a franchise organization
Developing, implementing, and analyzing account retention strategies and incentives
Monitoring and reviewing all cancellations, transfers, or renewals
Analyzing high-priority accounts for ongoing service and communication
Traveling to franchise locations to further facilitate strong client relations
Providing exceptional review, direction, and mentorship to your team, readily stepping in for support as needed

Requirements for this role include:

5+ years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry
A proven track record of success in developing and motivating teams in Sales and Account Service
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with all levels of management and local franchise owners
Self-motivation and a strong desire to deliver results
Problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently find solutions as challenges arise

Compensation for this role is up to $200,000 per year, with opportunities for performance bonuses and career advancement within the organization.
