As a Full-Time onsite Contact Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in fostering meaningful interactions with our Members, ensuring transactions are completed with precision and care. This position involves both incoming and outgoing calls, as well as Retail Operations, all while adhering to Centra's strategic objectives and maintaining compliance with established policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage Members during account transactions, providing education and guidance on credit union offerings.
  • Conduct account maintenance and outreach activities to strengthen Member relationships and promote services.
  • Utilize knowledge of products and services to assist Members with inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Facilitate financial literacy by applying expertise in Centra's offerings.
  • Support Members in resolving their financial challenges through effective problem-solving.
  • Participate in initiatives designed to enhance value as directed by Retail Leadership.
  • Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding any issues or developments.
  • Utilize non-call time effectively to provide additional Member services.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to advance within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than one year of relevant experience.

Compensation:
The starting wage for this position is $23.06 per hour. Spanish/English interpreters may qualify for an additional interpreting differential.
