LPN Supervisor Opportunity

At CommuniCare Family of Companies, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to join our team.

As a LPN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our staff in a world-class, patient-centered environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
Supervise and mentor LPNs, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to company standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Requirements:

Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio.
Previous long-term care nursing experience required.
Previous supervisory/management experience required.
