About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Floorcovering Installation Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the successful installation of floorcovering products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Efforts: Assist our sales team in identifying and coordinating with floorcovering installers to meet customer needs.
  • Installation Coordination: Establish and manage installation schedules, communicate with installers, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of installation.
  • Account Management: Review and maintain records of floorcovering installer accounts, including contacting outside sources for information.
  • Transaction Management: Ensure all installer transactions are handled properly through our store computer operating system.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience selling floorcovering and/or floorcovering products.
  • Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
