Job Title: Clerk II Training

At Kohler, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk II Training. This role is responsible for delivering, facilitating, designing, and developing training programs for our manufacturing associates and contingent workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure new employees receive necessary onboarding training and records are properly documented.
  • Develop, implement, deliver, facilitate, and monitor various training programs targeting plant operations, including safety, quality, delivery, employee relations, product assembly, computer skills, and materials.
  • Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to recommend, develop, and implement skill gap closures for AFO departments and individuals.
  • Maintain and update the training database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Provide reports and data analysis on training completion rates, identifying gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Assist in coordinating external training programs, including registration, payment, and scheduling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training record management, recommending improvements and implementing new processes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to training and record keeping.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years in training coordination.
  • Knowledge of training and development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to training record keeping.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
  • Strong ethical and professional conduct.
